Once an order is marked as delivered by the carrier, Tonidega is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, please:

  2. Check with neighbors, household members, or your building's mailroom.
  3. Contact the carrier directly with your tracking number.
