RETURN WINDOW

You may request a return within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned with all original packaging, tags, and accessories where applicable. Requests made after the 30-day window may not be accepted.

FINAL SALE ITEMS

We do not designate any products as "final sale." All eligible items purchased from tonidega.us may be returned in accordance with this policy.

HOW TO START A RETURN

To begin a return, contact us at tonidega.info@gmail.com with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return. We will review your request and, once approved, provide a prepaid return shipping label and instructions.

Please do not send items back before receiving return approval and instructions from us.

RETURN SHIPPING

Return shipping is free. We provide a prepaid return shipping label for all approved returns, so there is no cost to you to send the item back.

RESTOCKING FEE

A 10% restocking fee applies to returned items. This fee is calculated on the item's purchase price and is deducted from your refund. For example, on a $50 item, a $5 restocking fee applies and you would be refunded $45.

REFUNDS

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund — less the 10% restocking fee — will be issued to your original payment method.

Please allow [5–10] business days after your return is approved for the refund to be processed and to appear on your statement, depending on your payment provider. Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, please contact us at tonidega.info@gmail.com within [7] days of delivery with your order number and photos. In these cases, we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you, and no restocking fee will apply.

EXCHANGES

If you would like a different item, the fastest way is to return your original item under this policy and place a new order once your return is approved.
